Become a resident

Situated by the sea on the Emerald Coast between Cancale and Saint Malo, Camping des Chevrets offers you the chance to become a resident (April – October).

Don’t hesitate to come and visit the campsite to discover our available pitches.

Camping des Chevrets offers the possibility of renting sites from 110 to 210 m2 to set up brand new Mobil-homes. If you are interested, please send us an email : contact@campingdeschevrets.fr

2024 YEARLY RATES (In euro – VAT included)

The resident is responsible for the maintenance of his/her site and mobile home. Here is what can be set up on the surface you rent :

• Terrace : 16 m2 max
• Garden shed: 2 m² on the ground and 1.50 m high.
• Plantation : yes
• The resident may include in his contract the names of his spouse or and children (up to 4 people in addition to the resident) who will be able to come to the mobile home without having to pay visitor tax.
• Visitor’s rate : 8 € per night and per personnes – 5.00 € per night and per children.

Water consumption :

10 €/m3 above the flat rate of 20 m3 included in the plot rental
